Art & Shipping Information - Art is shipped, unframed, by Canada Post Expidited Parcel and automatically insured up to $100.00. CD's shipped via regular letter mail. We will email art & shipping costs upon receipt of order and before processing. Please contact Caelin Artworks for price and availability of art. - B&W photographs are digitally printed using archival grade pigment inks and papers. Size is paper size before trimming. Some photographs will be smaller on one dimension. For example a long, thin picture might only be 10 x 20. All measurements are in inches. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for printing and delivery. - As Colleen's paintings are originals, they are sold on a first come first serve basis and two people could order the same piece. Should this happen we will notify you if a piece is not available, even those not marked sold on the site. - All art comes with a 30 day, money back guarantee, if it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason return it by Expidited Parcel and your full purchase price, less shipping, will be refunded. Please insure returns for their full purchase price. Sorry, no returns on CD's unless they are defective. Please call if that is the case. |
